like windows?? hmm.. windows use your bandwidth 20% with QoS service..
yep… let’s to the point..
1. start -> run or “ctrl+r”
2. type “gpedit.msc”
3. after “Group Policy” windows is appear,
4. go to “administrative templates” in “Computer Configuration”
5. go to “netwok”
6. go to “QoS Packet Scheduler”
7. click on “Limit reservable bandwidth”
8. hmm.. it seem not configured.. but is default, and default is use your bandwidth 20% T_T
9. set “Enabled” and set bandwidth limit “0″
so, QoS use 0% of your bandwidth
