1. start -> run or “ctrl+r”
2. type “gpedit.msc”
3. after “Group Policy” windows is appear,
4. go to “administrative templates” in “Computer Configuration”
5. go to “netwok”
6. go to “QoS Packet Scheduler”
7. click on “Limit reservable bandwidth”
8. hmm.. it seem not configured.. but is default, and default is use your bandwidth 20% T_T
9. set “Enabled” and set bandwidth limit “0″
so, QoS use 0% of your bandwidth
yeah, how downloader work?? hmm.. why downloader is so faster than we download just use downloader from browser, ex: mozilla ??
hmm.. as my know the downloader work in several line
he3.. yups for example:
i use idm (internet download manager) with default setting
hmm.. in default setting the idm use max 8 connection,
the downloader download a file for exp linux distro
he3.. this the sample :
- downloader connecting to download link..
- if downloader connect and start download, downloader make file be a part for 7 connection
- downloader connect with 7 connection and every connection have a different part of file download..
- after every connection has been download their part / finish download, downloader make part and part be one file
he3.. i think browser downloader just use 1 connection so slower than downloader (exp: orbit)

if use want to try some downloader try this name :
- internet download manager
- orbit (freeware)
hmm.. yups orbit its free… he3.. but if want more fitur use idm

-fast : google chrome, mozilla, safari, opera

yep, the fastest browser is google chrome (i use it as my default browser)
and the best browser is mozilla..

yeah, programer does not just the man who know programming language and can build a program..
programmer is the man/women who know algorithm and have good logic in his brain..
may be the programmer learn algorithm 2 years and learn programming language just for 1 weeks..
but, the algorithm not just like flowchart and pseucode..
so the important to be programmer is learn how programmer thinking and how do some thing like programmer..

so, you can use “etsmain” software for transfer data
yeah.. smart has been release internet 3G with 12G (6 x 2G)
yeah for 1 month 2G.. and finish after 6 month..
it’s good? yeah it’s good, remember their price.. just Rp 289.000,-
it’s give 2 battery..
hmm.. i bought it.. i test it.. and the result of test is :
- the phone/modem to ISP -> 230,4 Kbps
- to out server (i test AS) – > download : 26 Kbps
upload : 18 Kbps
hmm.. its in daylight.. i think it’s too slow.. he3..
so, in night specially in work day it’s faster then daylight
yeah.. thinking before buy it.. but, for glance or it fell enough (remember price :p)
